BMW designates exclusive importer
HCM City (VNA) – The Euro Auto Corporation was named official importer of BMW vehicles in Ho Chi Minh City on Aug. 20.
Under permission from BMW Group Asia, the corporation will import, retail and service BMW automobiles, catering to growing demand for the premium brand in Viet Nam, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing economies.
A newly constructed 8,800 sq. m facility with a retail showroom and service centre will open in Phu My Hung in fall 2008.
The sophisticated systems and processes in the showroom will link the Phu My Hung facility directly with engineers in Munish, Germany, who will provide expert support to the local, BMW-trained and certified staff.
Until the Phu My Hung facility is ready, a boutique showroom at 165 Pasteur Street will open to serve customers.
Additionally, there is an interim service facility at 392 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, which opened July 1, 2007.
