Pause of reimbursement of special consumption tax on cigarette
The Ministry of Finance on June 4, 2007 issued Decision No.44/2007/QD-BTC on halting reimbursement of special consumption tax on cigarette locally produced with export label.According to the Decision, from July 1, 2007, pause of reimbursement of special consumption tax on cigarette locally produced with export label would be guided in Circular No.28/2006/TT-BTC dated April 4, 2006 by the Ministry of Finance.
The Decision was published on Official Gazette on June 16, 2007 and would take effect 15 days later, counting from that date.
