Registration for nationality and rights of civil aircraft
On 20 April 2007, the Government issued Decree No 70/2007/ND-CP on registration for nationality and right of civil aircraft.The Decree comprises of five chapters, thirty one articles, regulates conditions, procedures, dossier to registration nationality, rights of aeroplane such as possession, ownership, etc; record book for Vietnamese aeroplane, providing information on that record book. There are nine annexex attached to the Decree on Certificate for Vietnamese aircraft’s nationality, Certificate to clear Vietnamese aircraft’s nationality, Certificate for possession, etc.
Decree is published on Official Gazette on 20 May 2007 and comes into effect 15 days afterward. The following legal documents was abrogated: Decision No 971/TTg dated on 28 December 1996 of Prime Minister regulated registration aircraft, transfer the ownership, mortgage of civil aircraft; Circular No 01/2004/TT-BGTVT dated on 16 January 2004 of Ministry of Transportation guided registration for aero plane and its rights. Validity registration done before the day this Decree come into force under that legal documents will not be re-apply.
