Border province looks for visitors in Laos, Thailand
Dien Bien (VNA) - The Laos bordering northern province of Dien Bien has introduced its tourist products to Lao and Thai businesses in a bid to draw more tourists from the two neighbouring countries.The provincial authorities on August 14 met with representatives from 24 Lao and Thai travel agencies and also took them to scout tourist sites in Dien Bien, such as the Dien Bien Phu battle field historical site, the UVa hot spring, and Pa Khoang lake.
The guest businesspeople proposed the arrangement of trans-national tours as a new direction to promote tourism cooperation between the three countries.-Enditem
