Laos-Viet Nam joint stock bank opens more branches
Vientiane (VNA) – The Laos-Viet Nam Joint Stock Bank (LBV) will open two more branches in the two countries’ central cities of Da Nang and Savanakhet.LVB Director General Phasy Phommakonth told a Viet Nam News Agency reporter that the two new branches are expected to bring greater impetus to Laos-Viet Nam cooperation on trade, investment and tourism.
According to the Director General, the LVB gained state recognition as a facilitator for investors from the two countries. In Viet Nam, the bank now has two branches in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City while in Laos, it is operating in the Pakse and Champasak provinces.- Enditem
