Kumho builds golf course and housing complex
HCM City (VNA) – The Kumho Construction Company of the Republic of Korea (RoK) and the Quyet Thanh Sports Joint Stock Company have agreed to venture in building a golf course and housing complex in Ho Chi Minh City.Located on 156 ha in Phuoc Long ward, about 20km from the city’s centre, the complex will be built at an investment capital of 150 million USD.
The project includes a 27-hole golf course, a standard Club House, 340 villas, swimming pools and gyms.
The construction of the complex is expected to start in early next year and be completed in 2010.-Enditem
