US Commerce department reviews anti-dumping tariffs on Vietnamese exporter
Ha Noi (VNA) – The US Department of Commerce (DoC) has started to review anti-dumping tariffs on tra and basa catfish exports to the US by Vinh Hoan Ltd. Co. after reshuffled into a joint stock company, according to the Viet Nam Association of Seafood Exporters and Processors (VASEP).Based on documents provided by Vinh Hoan on its change of operation model, the DoC announced that the Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company has inherited the interests of Vinh Hoan Ltd. Co. in its preliminary decision.
The company's deposited bond amounts that are calculated by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for Vinh Hoan earlier will be applied for all future exports of tra and basa catfish fillets to the US by Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company.-Enditem
