Sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of planning and investment
On 4th April, Government issued Decree No 53/2007/ND-CP stipulating the regulations on sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of planning and investment.The Decree comprises 4 charters, 62 articles: General provisions; Form and levels of sanction against atcs of administrative violation in the domain of planning and investment; Competence to sanction and procedures for sanctioning administrative violations; Commendation, handling of violations, and complaints and denuciations; Implementation provisions.
The Decree is published on Official Gazette on 7th May 2007 and come into effect 15 days afterward; replaced Government's Decree No 37/2003/ND-CP dated on 10th April 2003 regulates on sanctioning administrative violations in the filed of business registration.
