ASEAN looks at panel a competition

Ha Noi (VNA) – The establishment of a panel on competition under the ASEAN Secretariat would boost and improve the competitive legal environment within the association.Head of the Competition Management Department under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Dinh Thi My Loan made the remark at a workshop in Ha Noi on August 13.
The workshop was co-organised by the Competition Management Department in coordination with the US Federal Trade Commission (USFTC), the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and the French Agency for International Technical Cooperation (Adetef).-Enditem
