ASEAN head and neck congress opens in HCM City
HCM City (VNA) - More than 850 local and international experts gathered in Ho Chi Minh City on August 22 for the 12th ASEAN Oto-Rhino-Laryngological (ORL) Head and Neck Congress.Participants at the meeting exchanged views and experiences in the treatment of ORL-related diseases and head and neck surgery.
The congress also featured lectures by experts from the US, France, Australia, Japan, and the Republic of Korea on related topics, including sleep disordered breathing surgery, allergy and immunology.
According to doctor Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung, Deputy Head of the ASEAN ORL Head and Neck Federation, this is the first time the Viet Nam ORL Society has hosted the event.
The congress will last through August 24.-Enditem
