Viet Nam to assist Laos in personnel training
Ha Noi (VNA) – The Communist Party of Viet Nam will provide the Lao Party and State a bevy of human resources training programmes, according to To Huy Rua, Secretary of the CPV’s Central Committee.Rua, who is also head of the CPC CC’s Commission for Information and Training, on August 21 received a delegation of the Lao National Political and Administrative Academy, led by its Deputy Director Thongsalith Mangnomek, who is on a Viet Nam visit from August 19-25.
The Lao guests asked for help in building curricula for management officials.
Earlier, the Lao delegation had a working session with the Ho Chi Minh National Political-Administrative Academy.
The two sides agreed to further their cooperation in personnel training and in carrying out projects to study ruling parties, law-governed states, and to translate Marx-Leninist and the Ho Chi Minh Thought collections.-Enditem
