Condolences to DPR Korea disaster losses
Ha Noi (VNA) – State President Nguyen Minh Triet on August 20 sent a message of condolences to Kim Yong Nam, President of the Presidium of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Supreme People’s Assembly over the losses in human lives and property caused by recent floods.About 88,000 households had been affected by the floods that struck the country early this month, the DPRK’s media said on August 18, adding that over 220 people were dead or missing.-Enditem
