Russia congratulates Vietnamese leaders

Ha Noi (VNA) – Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to re-elected Vietnamese President Nguyen Minh Triet.

The message reads: “I firmly believe that the implementation of the Russia-Viet Nam agreements reached at the high-level talks in Ha Noi last November will help further consolidate the strategic partnership and cooperation between the two countries for mutual interest and for stability and prosperity in Asia and the world at large.”

The same day, Russian Prime Minister M. Fradkov has also congratulated Nguyen Tan Dung on his re-election as Vietnamese Prime Minister.-Enditem
